By optimizing raw board yield and reducing material handling cycles, the E5-1530 serves as the primary production engine for modern cabinetry, architectural woodwork, and acoustic paneling.

Robust 2.6-Ton Monoblock Construction

Engineered with a heavy-duty 2,600 kg stress-relieved steel base, the E5-1530 ensures maximum structural rigidity under continuous heavy loads. The reinforced wide-span gantry moves smoothly on precision-ground helical rack-and-pinion drives and heavy linear guideways, eliminating deflection and guaranteeing razor-sharp contouring accuracy across the entire table envelope.

High-Throughput Spindle & Drive System

Equipped with a rugged 9/12 kW electro-spindle operating at up to 24,000 RPM, the machine easily cuts through thick solid surfaces, plywood, chipboard, and high-density fiberboard. High-speed industrial axis motors drive the gantry at rapid traverse speeds up to 80 m/min and heavy-cut machining speeds up to 20 m/min, significantly compressing total manufacturing cycle times.

Synchronized Tool Management & Aggregate Ready

The E5-1530 incorporates an 8 / 12 / 16 pocket carousel tool changer mounted directly on the moving gantry. This setup minimizes chip-to-chip changeover times during complex, multi-tool nesting patterns. The robust vertical Z-axis structure is fully rated to support heavy-duty angle aggregates for horizontal mortising, grooving, and edge profiling.

High-Flow Grid Vacuum & Expansion Flexibility

The phenolic vacuum grid table features zoned vacuum distribution that locks down large panels or small cut components firmly against lateral displacement. Engineered for continuous industrial duty with a 30 kW total power connection and Φ150mm extraction manifold, the E5-1530 also offers optional extended bed lengths (2850mm, 5000mm, 6000mm) and multi-spindle drilling blocks to match complex workflow configurations.
